Re-decorating...?

hey everyone im thinking of re-decorating the tank. i plan on taking the driftwood out, and the slate caves out(where my ornate usually hides) and adding two columns of plants (like this http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=274856&page=2) do think my ornate would adjust to it? or should i leave in a slate cave just for him... the main purpose of the redecoration is so i can see my ornate more... he usually spends the whole day hiding in the cave.

i c... well my sen now spends all his time in the floating plans i have on the left side of the tank lol. but atleast i can see him, all i see of my ornate is his face or tail.
