As of what i have in my tank right now (decor) includes:

  • 3 live plants
  • 2 rocks with holes (white and orangish looking)
  • 1 long grey-ish rock
  • And 1 fake driftwood that goes all the way through for hiding.
I was looking at everyones tanks on here and on google and i just love the natural way an aquarium is suppose to look. I was gonna go with some Malaysian driftwood and rocks. NO plants or extra decor.
What do you guys think?
Any input on driftwood or special rocks you'd prefer?

I like the wood, but a tank with wood and no plants just does not look good in my opinion.

Are you kidding? Hardscapes are the new planted tank. ;)

Sorry for making you tilt your head right... This is the easiest way to post these for me.

sand.. makes a huge difference..
Yes, it really does. I kinda wish i went with sand in the first place instead of gravel.

? paying for Driftwood?

P.S o all natural it looks a greatly better look and environment.

any hardwood species. AKA broadleaf, aka trees like chestnut, maple, oak, etc. Manzinita is probably the best to use. the curves and loops in the wood are what is desired and manzinita is known for that
