Does anyone know how much nutrition I will lose, if any, if I defrost frozen shrimps, cut them up and re-freeze them? Just trying to save some time on feeding the monsters. ;)

Like shrimp from the supermarket? Don't they come fresh? So if you cut them up first, no problems.

I believe he is referring to frozen raw shrimp in a bag that you can buy.

im not sure
i do the same as well, but i think as long as the shrimp doesn't get too warm it's not that bad.

once i put a black tiger shrimp into a 78F tank that didn't get eaten. and within an hour it turned red/orange, as in the cooked colour. so i'm guessing they lose nutrients in warm water very fast.

I always defrost in cold water...
