re marble rays :

ive read several threads about black rays getting extra spots as they mature.

my question is .... do marble rays get extra spots ? does anyone know of marbles getting extra spots as they grow ?

Motoros can get super spotting. . As y o u know..
But I've never seen MM develop more spots.
Im sure the experienced keepers of MM will chime in . ..

i dont think they get more spots but their marbling will change.i've never seen a marble add actual spots though.

marble and motoro don't have extra spot as they grow and like other mention, only the marbling change but thats about it.

i would love to post a link showing what i mean re the black rays but tbh i cant think of any .

i have seen lots of threads regarding black rays that say " new spots " or something similar but ive not seen any threads of a marble poping more spots as it grows or even a pearl for that matter ( if you class them as different or the same ) .

would be nice to if anyone knows of any.

Actually yes Motoros can get more spotting. Not big spots but they can develop smaller ones. Those would be called super spot motoros.

somone else mentioned superspots but i think they are quite different to marbles potentially getting more spots than they had at birth .

the superspots that im thinking of are quite different to marbles getting new spots but tbh i havint followed the progress of a superspot well enough to say much other than its a motoro with extra spots as opposed to a marble which gets additional spots as it grows .

interesting all the same though

does anyone know of a marble that gets extra spots or even just one ?
