I have been keeping an F0 grey tree frog for the last 6 months that I cought and was wandering if she could go back out into the wild after being kept in captivity. I have only fed her small amounts of live food, (becouse it's been cold and there wouldnt have been much food if she had been outside), and I have only handled her a few times.
If I can release her how would I go about doing so and when?

No. There is the chance you've transmitted a tropical disease to her while she's been in your care. Keep her or kill her. Releasing her is illegal and very dangerous to the other frogs out there.

Agreed, do not release the frog. Besides keep or kill, the third option is to give her to another hobbyist.

Tropicle disease? I only have fish, and she's just from my back yard.

But you have been feeding it store bought feeders, exposed to plants that it would never been exposed to, etc.

I am sure you will do what you want to do anyways but the smart thing would be not to release it.

Why did you bring her inside if you did not plan on keeping her?

Things change. :(

I didn't think about the crickets...if I had fed her wild cought insects would it have been ok to release her?
