Re-Sealing a 250 Gallon

I've found another possible addition to the tank collection.


It needs to be resealed apparently ,however the person selling it mentioned they had water in it until the seal in the front right corner was visibly pulling apart(she drained it then).

Is it worth grabbing and trying to reseal this tank? or...should I just wait and see if something closer to me pops up(This tanks 8 hours away)
Where I'm from the most common selling tank is a 55, and I already have one so..haha..

Input would be appreciated ,or a thread with someone resealing a tank of similiar size(I know there has to be one on here) haha

Can someone advise me on how to take the first picture out? I tried crooping it so the individuals child isn't in the picture...epic fail lol

depends on how much you will get the tank for? i bought a 200 gallon tank off craigslist with stand for 300$ i just resealed it even thought it didnt need it.. tank was old an i wanted to reseal it before i build it into my basement wall so i dont have to worry

She's asking 400 obo...I'm sure if I mentioned I had to drive to pick it up, and the fact that she needs the tank gone asap...I might get a better price.
