Real Deal or Dyed

I’m not quite sure about the blue one but the yellow one looks too perfect to be dyed.

I have no idea if they were dyed, but I do think lighting is playing a factor in the color for some. The one you could tell would normally look silver but were the light was hitting it it looked blue.

That first blue aro is suspicious, but maybe it is just some CRAZY misfit.
 
All appear to be real, just selective breeding at work, I believe all but one are Asian aros.

Here in the u.s you can get beautiful "golden" jardinis

LOL, I've lost count how many Asian aros I have seen up close and personal over the years. Blue xback, 24K Gold, every shade of Red, and everything in between. Those fish both look fake to me, BIG time fake.


Ask at arofanatics, the boys from Singapore will set everyone straight.

That was a blue crossback. Beautiful example, I have seen many in person. No lighting trick there.
