could be some sort of squid looks like someting i've come across hard to tell looks like its dryed out..

actually I believe that the first pic is just a certain species of shark turned on its back... I will see if I can find a pic of one from the top view

def a guitarfish just on its back the give away was the mouth looks like all ray related species
