Really Light Blonde Patch

Hy I just got two mickey mouse fish the other day along with two large zebra danios they are an inch long. Well both of mickey mouse fish just kinda chill at the bottom of the tank and they eat what ever food sinks down there and one of them has a light blonde patch of scales on his side I was wondering if it is because he is stressed or what. I go fish for cycling my tank I was originally going to go fishless cycling but I coudn't find plain ammonia.

My danios now have dropsy along with my mickey mouse fish wich of course sucks. Now I want to know if my new ghost shrimp can get it and if the disease is in the water and I just got two plastic plants which I rinsed thouroughly and placed in the tank I have no idea if the disease is on those to.
