repression does lead to obssesive compulsive somtimes. My wife says only 1 fish tank. A community fish tank. Now I have 2 stock tanks and a kiddie pool with fish in the back yard and I plan on getting more. Let me have what I want and it wont be so bad...

yea, there scared of it cracking in the house and say "i have enough" right now i have a 10gal and a 29gal. IDK but that doesnt sound like alot for a 3 story house?
As far as it cracking in the house, that is a rarity. If you buy a new tank, that won't happen unless you don't keep it on a nice level stand. If tank and stand are level, no cracking tank. I've only had one tank ever crack on me in 25 years of fish keeping and that's because my idiot roommate in the Marines decided to throw a bottle across the room and it smashed through my tank!
So in other words, keep your tanks level and don't allow any Marines with bottles in their hands near your tanks, and you'll be safe!
