really randon parrot hybrid

hi guys got this guy a couple weeks back sold as a mottled blood parrot

although i thinks its pretty obvious he is some kind of parrot cross my guess is parrot x urophalmos

take a shot if you got any other ideas sorry bout the pics bad light in the garage

he is not that small he is about 5 to 6 inches and has been like this since the day i bought him. look at the simitery of the stripes ant the caudal spot this is definately no standard blood parrot as i have had 4 in the past from babies that have as you say peeled, but theyre mottled markings have always been completly random unlike this.

as i said these pics are far from ideal but in the flesh it is quite obvious this guy is no standard bp
 
tattooed maybe? I saw 2 at one of my LFS (dragon aquarium) that were tattooed...
