several things on that site just seem silly. Kind of like that giant dinosaur turtle thing, that looks like it came out of a final fantasy game.
I don't find them much "sillier" than various weird prehistoric animals. Here's some pics of real odd critters...
I want one of those plus one of each of the creatures that SimonL posted, especially the Quetzalcoatlus which is my favorite out of the bunch.
Those future creatures such as the Lurkfish are from "The Future is Wild" which is a pretty interesting series in my opinion; some of the ideas are pretty far-fetched, but it's still pretty neat.
