Hello fellow enthusiasts:headbang2. I have just started to rebuild my :WHOA:280 because i can't lift it up the stairs it is just too heavy in one piece, so I have no choice but to separate all the panels and carry each panel individually up the stairs with a couple of buddies. any ideas will help along the way!

as you can see there is no center bracing or one piece trim. the first pic has a flimsy piece of plastic to hold glass lids. When the tank was filled before it had never bowed. The glass is way thicker than what most people purchase at their LFS and I wanted the option to go rimless. I need to add a sheet of plywood and a layer of foam underneath tank, Im just not sure about the order. Maybe a layer of foam then a sheet of 1/2" plywood. I am sure the 2x6 has some imperfections i cant see so i will feel alot better If i have some plywood on there. maybe foam, plywood, and another sheet of foam????:screwy: also this tank will be resting on hardwood flooring and on 4 engineered joists not the regular solid 2x10 and it will be pretty close to the wall pretty much where the stand is in the pic. Apparently these are stronger joists, its just if there is a fire these go quicker than a match:cry:.
IMG_0390.JPG I have a single car garage (which the tank is sitting right above on -in my living room) so that mean these joists are spanning only 9 feet or so before the other end rests on a wall:naughty:.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU GUYS THINK!!!???!!!!
