Rebuild pond

Am looking to rebuild a display pond to a real pond that can allowed koi put in.
the size of the pond is 5.3ft long and 0.9ft deep, so what should i do?
How deep would i hav to dig in to ground and what type of the pipe work i need?

get your pick and get your shovel and get ready for some back braking work. aim for 3ft at least on the depth and try to make it longer and wider at the same time. the get a larger 40mil liner, add your prefernce for filter and you're set.


should be a 2 month project at least.
