bad ass fish man...id like to see the tank when it is time for din din...

Not nearly what you would think it to be. These guys are weanies. I open the lid drop in a piece of smelt it gets nibbled by the Pink Tailed Chelceus on the way down then the first Armatus that sizes it up takes it while the others watch and wait thier turn. VERY rarely do 2 go after the same piece. After they are all full they play a happy game of tag with eachother...... Once they are full the Odoes go around and eat the pieces laying on the sand that didn't get eaten by the Armatus.

Kinda rediculous trying to wrap your mind around the fact that this tank works like that...... But SO FAR that is the way it's been.

I'm sure all hell will break loose when they get thier new home and I even up the score by adding the 2 BIG Odoes.... Judging by the way they act in the pond all manners will be out the window, feelings will be hurt, fins ripped, and teeth shed...... Will be VERY interesting.

you can deliver those armatus anytime... very nice bro...

Starting to see signs of aggression now..... Nothing bad but did see my first tattered dorsal fin last week. These guys were fine for the longest time.... I think they just need more room. They all still school together at times but I really think that if I don't get them a bigger home by like Thanksgiving I'm gonna be in trouble.....

If I did feel the aggression was capable of permenant damage I wouldn't have them still housed together....... In other words....yes they scrap a bit..... But just like brothers and sisters.... nothing bad......yet (knocks on wood)
