No not piariba. Too big for me to handle but this is platysiluris mucosus.

What's the general care on it if ya don't mind me asking.

Nothing specific. Needs normal water parameters. Not sure about current as it seems like a fish that would a little flow.

Do you happen to know how big the little guy will grow? I'm getting the feeling he hits 12-16 inches.

8-10inches. They are others same group that’ll get bigger.
