Update of My Paretroplus juvies, 10 Maculatus and 1 lone Kieneri - Hopefully I will have more Kieneri soon. Somehow the loner managed to arrive with my Maculatus group about a month ago. No one seems to realize the oddball is different. They're just over two inches and already starting to show fantastic coloring.
They're all thriving in their new home and have grown a bit in the last month. They eat everything and would gorge themselves all day long if allowed. Whenever anyone comes near the tank they immediately come looking for food. Very beautiful and interesting Malagasy cichlids. When they're not being fed, they seem to really enjoy shaking their heads in the sand and sifting. They aren't showing any signs of aggression. I believe its because of their numbers. The are always in a group and are quite curious about their surroundings.
