I see, just as I thought.I'm really into African cichlids for as I long as I can remember and it's my first time doing a planted tank.Three weeks ago I bought a small cup of Willow moss from my LFS (since that's the only moss they have),tied in in a rock, and put it my aquarium. But it was brown when I got it and yeah it seems to be dead.I remembered seeing this spring a year ago and decided to check it out.Luckily there's a bunch of it growing in there. Now I have a place to get this moss from whenever I need to.:headbang2

Thank you F1 VET for your comment! Cheers!

View attachment 957218 I just hope it thrives.. BTW,do I have to stop aerating my aquarium? I have DIY CO2 injection and a small water filter/pump on 24/7.Any comment is greatly appreciated. Thanks! ANyone guys?

If you are running Co2, its best not to run an oxygen pump at the same time, or you will end up releasing a lot of the Co2 from the tank...
