recommend me a light for a 168 planted

I am thinking of setting up a 168 gallon tank with some amazon swords in it and maybe a few other hardy plants (there will be some big fish in there) and would like some recommendations on what style (and/or brand) of light to chose. The tank is roughly 2' deep.

Bonus points for good plant recommendations to complement the amazon swords. I am not doing CO2 on the tank, but I will be using flourish excel.

Personally I'd run dual HO T5 full length on the tank. Other good plants would be crinums, crypts, anubias and other echinodorus species.

I was thinking about the HO t-5. Thanks for the recommendation.

I have used a mix of pea gravel and flourite in the past, would the recommended plants do well with that?

sorry to derail, 168 is not common, but I have one too! Did you get it dollar per gallon in sf?

The above plants are very easy to care for. Just keep up basic fish maintenance and you will have nice plants.
