What is the best refractometer made?

I have had the same ATC brand one for a bit over two years and the adjustment screw is now so rusted that I can't calibrate it at all anymore.

I would like to buy a better quality one. Any advise would be appreciated.
 
idk if its the "best" but the milwaukee automated one is pretty tough to beat for ease of use
