Recommend me fish meds

Hi,


I currently have Quick Cure (handles External parasites and Ich mostly), and I have Maracyn ( Bacterial Infections). What I want is something for Internal parasites and anything else that I should have to cover most fish disease. About the internal parasite meds, what kind are there? WHat I mean, there is some to use as needed, and some to use as a preventive (kinda like medicated food). What do you suggest? Thanks

Internal Parasites:
Metronidazole
Praziquantel
Fenbendazole
Flubendazole
Levamisole hydrochloride
Flubenol

Never use meds as preventive treatments. Use them when necessary albeit only when the symptoms appear.

So those medicated foods are no good? Out of that list you provided, what is the best in your opinion?

Levamisole hydrochloride for me although flubendazole works just as well. The former is more old fashioned and rarer than the latter depending on your area's med availability. Not many vets heard of it so if levamisole is unavailable, flubendazole is your other choice. Metro and prazi cover only a smaller range of parasites compared to levamisole.
