Recommendation on bottom dweller

What do you recommend for a 125 gallon with (eventually) 1 lone male Jaguar Cichlid?

If its better to just have the Jag by himself without any tank mates. That's no problem. Just wondering if there is a good candidate for bottom dweller for that setup.
