What should I fill up at the bottom of the tank? It looks bare & white cause of a styrofoam below the tank..
Anything that looks natural & nice & easy to maintain..
Thx.

You have a few choices:
1. Pool filter sand, which you can get at Home Depot.
2. Gravel which you can get from your fish store.

Get either natural or black gravel. Looks great no matter what and easy to clean and doesn't mess up your filters. You could also look into the quik-rete gravel sold at lowes and home depot. Its super cheap it will just need to be clean VERY well.

i'am thinking a sheet of stainless for my next tank thats a 6footer..iam going for bare bottom look...what you think? pro's and con's? thanks...

silica sand (very cheap from builders merchants)
gravel

loads of largish pebbles / rocks totaly covering the bottom

What are you putting in it?
It's now bare..
I don't feel like putting gravel cause it stores lots of dirt & the last time I stirred it, the whole tank become brown..
Anything that I can put to grow plants?
& what is natural sand?
