Recommendations for food ?

Looking for recommendations for food for my peacock and hap tank

at the min am using

Northfin cichlid formula and krill
NLS
Mysis shrimp frozen
Tropical brand flakes
Hikari
live river shrimp every now and again when I get chance to pick some up

what other brands are people using to feed there’s or what have they found best for theses fish
Is a the corn in the hikari pellets a thing to worry about heard people saying it no good for them

I would feed either northfin or NLS...I do not mix from day to day.

Depending on which Hikari, these are the first 7 ingredients. Ingredients listed first make up the greatest volume of the food.
Fish meal, wheat flour, flaked corn, brewers dried yeast, corn gluten meal, wheat starch, rice bran,

You would rather see "herring" than "fish meal". Too ambiguous...they can put anything in there and mercury is a concern with aquaculture fish.

The wheat and corn and rice items are not ideal for fish. Some is needed for binder but you want want to see 5 of your top 7 ingredients being starchy.

That should read you DON'T want starches as 5 of your top 7 ingredients.
