Recommended HOB filter

Im planning to add 2 HOB filters in my setup. Currently running a heavy bioload 285gal tank with 2 Fluval fx6 and 1 eheim 2260.

Any suggestions on brand and type?
Preferably those with 300-400gph and above flowrate, if there is any.

Im also planing to add plants in the HOB to help with my nitrate.

Whats the gph if i may ask? How easy fot maintenance? Does it require special cartridges?

I apologize meant aquaclear 110 rated 500 gph turnover no cartridge 's.

Comes with a mesh bag of activated carbon, sponge , bag of BioMax.

I run three of the Aquaclear 110s along with an Fx-5 and ehiem 2262 on my 220.
