Recommended pellet brand?

Just looking to get some opinions on the highest quality pellet out there for Cichla. There are alot of types and brands and ide like to get the highest quality. Any certain ingredients to look for? percentages? Thanks in advance.

Omega One. The only one that uses whole fish instead of fish meal.

Omega One. First 5 ingredients are fresh fish. Most other brands use fish meal which is basically filler or "poop".
