Rectic ray growth rate?

Hey guys just after some advice on my rays growth rate she doesn't seem to of grown at all maybe 10-15 mm disc I have had her since November 2012 she mainly eats bloodworm and night crawlers every now and then I can get her to eat a small portion of prawn and shrimp I feed her usually twice or more a day untill her belly is slightly swollen. She's kept in my 1000 litre tank with a few geo's and uaru's any advice if I am feeding right or anything else would be much appreciated

my female is approx 2yrs old and has a 10"+ disk.. male not to far behind and a few monthes older. they eat live blackworms, nightcrawlers, live goldfish on occasion.. and anything but pellets so far... I would try stuffing the shrimp with a high quality pellet. I have never been a fan of bloodworms.. not much nutrition to them imo. I would feed them as pups 1/4-1/2lb of live blackworms every time i would only see a few in the sand ( so 24/7 access to food) then as they got big enough to eat crawlers I starting feeding them at night to offset the amounts of blackworms they where eating.

But i think the key is I do 50% water change a week or more, water perameters stay 0-0-20ppm or less.
 
wow 10" disc at 2 years i have had her since nov 12 and shes only about 6-7" disc. i think i might try and replace the bloodworm as you suggest for protein packed food. the problem i have in my tank is my geos leave nothing on or in the sand for the ray to nibble on so i have to virtually directly feed her to make sure she gets her portion.
 
yep, I'de feed more over-all... imo fish eat more then most people think they do and while they do go threw lean times ect I only restrict feeding if obesity starts playing a roll.
