I just bought a 10' long tank at 375 gallons and I would like to take my sand and water from my 150 and transfer it into the new tank and of course add new and more to it. I am using my filter media and bio balls in the new sump also. Will this work right away or am I going to have a cycle problem? Has anyone else done this same thing with succuss?

YUP YUP! I did the same thing with my 180 Gallon. I used the water and substrate from two of my 55g and added the other rest of the water. I did do a mini cycle of like 24 hours. Tested the Water and everything was A-Okay! Added the fish and everything was perfect.
hmmmmm..... 225 gallons of water compaired to 70 gallons is a little different.... honestly im not sure about this one
