Red and White bumps on Gulper

One of my Gulpers has 2 red bumps and several white bumps near her head. She is eating and swimming around like she is fine though. I have been using Melafix and Pimafix the last three days and its getting worse. I did a 50% water change on Sunday and a 50% water change yesterday.

Temp is 80 deg. 135G with two FX5's

ammonia is 0

nitrite is 0

nitrate is below 25 ppm

Well I tried maracyn and maracyn 2 and it did nothing. The gulper is still swimming around and eating fine. Bumps are still there though.
