Red and white parrot fish ??

Anyone have these my lfs has one in 3-4 inches for 15.00 if it's there when I get back I'm gonna get it. Does anyone know what causes them to look like this it is not dyed. Any info would be appreciated

Yes they're known as KOI parrots. Basically a piebald midas mix. A regular parrot is used with a midas that gets the orange red hue so a piebald midas trait was used. Same thing but color morph

Not much 5-50$ the high end is dark red and white.
