it's a scam

i doubt its a scam, the seller has 77 100% positive feedback. i think the owner is just a retard. thats the same aro that was on craigslist... that owner is in for a surprise when f&g knocks on his door...

I can almost garantee there is a fish there. It is local pickup only. On those items, I pay when I pick up. WHat value would it be for the seller to have a fish listed, sell it, Pay the big fee for selling it, and then when the person arives have no fish for him to buy? Make sense?

Yeah, but this can be good or it can be a scam. Some Under Cover F/G officers getting people to stop by thinking they are buying a Red and end up getting arrested. Just a little Fishy to me.

I see what your saying. But, isn't that intrapment?? Why would they do that? That just doesn't even seem like something some government agency would do. I was going to use an anology that its like saying your selling child porn to bust perverts, but then it dawned on me. They do that. Still, I'm not convinced that this is the same thing as perverts pose a threat to society and us tropical fish geeks are just wierd. Anyone who would think to spend that much money on a fishy. By the way, why wouldn't they make the price more affordable if it was some agency trying to bust fish geeks?

True to that! DateLine did it, with kids and Camera and having Sick Men coming over to houses thinking that they where going to be spending the night with an under age boy or girl.
But for a F/G officer, this is there business. I could see the government post a "Real" like auction with a price that is close to reality as possible to real market prices. They arrest people knowing that they are buying Illegal Fish. Later down the line, a search warrant of the suspects house. Maybe they might find other things, like illegal fish or drugs, or whatever.
But for me, not worth it!
