the seller is in california and has a red arowana with certificate for sale i thought these were illegal in the US? is this a different type of arowana that is not listed by CITES?

This is definately an asian red arowana. From the tail to the head shape.

Yes, this is illegal in the US for sure. Not too sure why the bid is allowed at all?
