I caught two small bluegill from a creek near my house and brought them home to my 150 gallon tank, where they seemed to hav moved in and haven’t fought with the tank mates. I put them in quarantine for a while before putting them in, but when they were in the big tank I noticed some red behind both of their pectoral fins (on both fish). I have heard of diseases like this before, so I was wondering if any of you could identify it so I could treat it or return them to them creek before it passes on to any of the original fish in the tank.

Agree with Rocksor, just watch for awhile.

On a side note, do NOT return the fish to the creek once they've been in your aquarium to avoid any possibility of transferring something to the ecosystem even if your fish are healthy.
