Red bay snook as ray tank mate?

My beeding male was stung by a ray. About a 2" gash on his side but it healed and I since sold the pair. The snooks didn't bug the rays but I guess the snooks were to close to comfort for the rays and they told them to back off! LOL
A little high but if you like it then buy it! At that size my rays would be eating it in a matter of seconds. Might want to grow it out first.
