red bay snook?

hello


just wondering about red bay snooks.

my question is what can they be housed with?

because i have

two jags 2.5-3"
two red devils .5-1"
an oscar 4"
and a spotted gar 8"
all in a 210

and i was wondering if i got them would they be ok?

they are about 2-3" and i saw them at petsmart but they were $30

dunno if that was a good deal but i havn't seen any before!

PM is way overpriced for them, same price here. I got mine from a lfs for $10.

They're rather peaceful so shouldnt be put with aggressive fish like you have. You can try if ya want but I wouldnt.

I don't think you should add the snooks. They're not an aggressive fish like the RD's and would get owned. Besides you're pretty good and stocked already. Maybe overly stocked when everything is grows up, especially if there's breeding. Maybe a few dithers would round things out better for you.

i have a breeding pair in a 210 with two green terrors, a gar, and random cichlids. they run the joint.
