hello, I have 4 RBP in a 90 gallon. They are two years old, all about 7 inches. Is there any solid breeding advice piranha breeders can give me? From what I have observed, three of the four are wider and slightly bigger, which could mean female, the one is slightly smaller and thinner, which supposedly means male. I have tried lowering water level, used a spray bar to create a rain effect, done a slightly cooler water change. I'm going to try peat soon but will it actually work? I really want these fish to breed, I've gotten several easier types of fish to breed before but I'd love some experience with my red bellies. Thanks in advance

I've never done it, but from what I understand is you need close to a 1,000G tank. I had a friend breed them and he was saying he kept the water slightly dirty with a lot of plants. It can be done, but not many people do it.
