RED BELLY PIRANHAS

dear members,
i have recently addopted 9 piranhas and the diet they are is a mixture of gold fish, mice squid and shrimp, i have read that too much shrimp is detramental to there health and goldfish stunts there growth.
are the assumptions true in any of your experiences>
any advice would be appreciated.

I don't know know much about RBP but I know Gold fish aren't very nutritious especially ones bought from fish stores.
