Red blood parrot recently healed now discolored?

So I have recently treated my red blood parrots for what looked like hole in the head and they still have the craters in their head but what looked like fungus has cleared up and I'm not sure if those holes will heal but now they are extremely discolored any tips?

Parrots get discolored when stressed... I would just keep up with water changes as bad water conditions usually bring on HIH.
