Hi, today I noticed on the JD female several red bumps on the fins and body. Does anyone know what a disease is and how it can be treated?

Hard to make out. I’d add some salt, 1tsp per g, and keep ur water clean. How long has it been there?

It appeared two days ago after I transferred them to another tank. I added salt and exchanged a third of the water.
