Hi guys,
i recently had a question on flourish excel, but now this question is about having RCS and flourish Tabs for the plants. I noticed that there was a small amount of copper and other metals in the list is this ok for the shrimps or should i not use it? Thank you very much.

I wouldn't. Copper and other heavy metals are extremely toxic to them, even in small doses.

my dosing schedule is flourish, excel, and iron from Seachem every day. Is this too much for my ten gallons tank? (will my red cherry shrimps be affected in any detrimental ways)

I wouldn't dose with excel to be safe, but some people say its not good for shrimp.
I use the rootmedic stuff and it works great, plenty of people use it without a problem with their shrimp.
