Hey MFK I have a question. I have a 10g tank with 4 female guppies 1 male guppy and 5 neon tetras. Im planing on selling my plants as they are a pain. I was wondering if i could get some red cherrys for my tank. I will be putting rock and getting some java moss. If I can still put some shrimp in how many can I put in there comfortably. Also how many ghost shrimps can I put in there if I decide to go with those?

Thanks in advance

just start with 10-20 and they will breed from there. the guppies and neons would go after the babies shrimp. why not upgrade the fish to a 20 gallon and keep the 10 for a shrimp tank?

Because I dont enough money for a 20 gallon (im 11):banhim::grinno:

Then get rid of fish if you plan to breed RCS.
Almost every kind of fish would love a baby cherry for a snack.
Adults should be O.K. with those fish. The only fish I'd keep in a RCS breeding tank would be otos. Keep in mind even the guppies have the potential to kill an adult rcs. They'll nip their swimmers until they die of stress.
