is this a red convict? found it on another fish site. i've heard of pick convicts, but not red...either way, looks awsome...i need to get one of these for my cic tank...

i though red terrors had square heads...but now that you mention it, it does kinda look like one...stripe patten near the head reminds me of a convict though. either way, beautiful fish
yes, that is a female festae, and in the bottom left hand corner is a male festae. most sites still list this species as Amphilophus festae, the genus Parapetenia is no longer used. 
this is a very aggressive, large growing species that requires a large tank. be sure to do lots of research on this species if you decide you want to get one.
