Hello everyone! This is some photo's of before and after my Red Devil and Midas paired up. They have been a solid pair for about 1 month now and are currently seperated while they take care of the fry.

Yes that is a polleni. This fish does not like my tank lights. Loses colour withing a minute of turning on the lights. Nice black and sparkles otherwise. Polleni is now on the other side of the divider along with a pink con, red terror, green terror and my 2 pleco's. Still trying to decide what to do. As long as I have devil and midas together I will never be able to take out that divider. I'm on a well system and it has too much iron so I get all my water from town system using jugs.. 180g tank takes alot of jugs and effort so I only have the 1 setup at the moment.. rest are stored in the basement. QQ
Ye my pollini would do the same, nice fish still.

The female seems to only display her barring when they are breeding. She was a late bloomer too. Didnt morph till about 8 months old. Thought i had a barred Midas male.. So wrong
