Red devil color

Red Devil is kind of a catch-all moniker for almost any species of the genus Amphilophus of the great lakes of Nicaragua, that may or "may not"turn red, and also include the hybrid created within that genus (including BPs that aren't as mutated or distorted.
Most will lose stripes, and turn "reddish" especially those from LFSs, but some don't. In fact in any Amphilphus spawn, there are always a few that don't fade out.
An example is this Amphilophus amarillo.
As a juvies it looks like any "red devil" juvies under 3" or so.
But here is that same Amphilophus as a full grown adult.
Same goes for Amphilophus flaveolus.
Below a a juvie
again...a bit older in a one.
Your's will probably turn at about 4", as there'd morphs are the most commonly available.
But there is a small chance it may not.
