Red Devil compatibility

It's going to depend greatly on the RD. They may get a long fine for a while but then once it matures it may kill everything in the tank. Cichlid compatibility is hit or miss.

You have to cross your fingers and hope it works out with RD's. Same goes for Jags. Some are ok in comunity tanks with other cichlids while some would rather destroy everything.
I have a baby RD. I had some goldfish in the tank that were the same size as he was. He wiped them out one by one.
So i knew he would be a poor candidate for living with any of my other cichlids once he was fully grown and even MORE nasty.

The Oscar may get hammered, there not in the same league as RD's but you never know it may work.

I'm surprised your O does well with the salvini and firemouth, I had to lose my O because everybody seemed to pick on him. I guess it might work if you are using a huge tank.
