Whats a good diet for a red devil??

well i feed mine...krill, beefheart, hikari pellets, peas, orange pieces...earthworms, crickets..

yea i agree....i feed mine beefheart and cichlid gold.to bring out colors.

Mix these.......Omega one Cichlid pellets,Hikari sinkng Carnivore pellets, and Hikari Bio-Gold.And i usually get my cichlids(especially my FH,Loco)a weekly/bi-weekly treat of 1" ghost shrimp!!Earthworms from Wal-mart are packed with goodies too! Varying the diet is key to natural behaviours and colors
