I've been really busy last week and wasnt able to do a water change on my 9" female Red devil tank. My mom doesnt like having the tank light on and the tank is kinda by a window so its dim. Well today I decided to finally clean my tank... water change and gravel vac (I have 1 tank near a window, and one right in front of a window and I can never grow algae. Why is that?) Anyways I turn the tank light on, as soon as I stick my hand inside the tank to move her driftwood she starts being really aggressive with me.... which is weird she usually leaves me alone when I clean her tank. So I start playing with her "Face off" Lol. Something catches my eye, I look in the corner on her smaller driftwood.
EGGS!!!!
Too bad I passed up the opportunity for a really nice 1' male Red devil (really cheap) last week. I could have been a grandmother =[
Now that I think about it, she was hovering over the smaller driftwood alot, but I paid no mind to it.
I dont want to leave the eggs in the tank. I have a couple Pinoy angels, would they enjoy Red devil eggs?? Would an Indian dwarf puffer enjoy them as well? Or should I just throw them away?
Well heres some pics!!
So hard to take pictures with a crappy camera. Shes more red in person.
And a video =]
