Red devil hybrid?

saw these, you guys think blood parrot?

Kinda looks Abit like a stressed out Hoplarchus psittacus. I've seen them lose all color and go dull like that when their in pet stores. Could be a hybrid though. There really is no telling with alot of hybrids. Since they can come out not looking like either parent.

I see pearls and reds definitely not a true parrot
maybe parrot hybrid maybe a synspilum/amph hybrid they look very similar to that when young

Definitely a hybrid, I see a lot of Vieja in it
