90 is fine for life, anywhere from low 70 to low 80s is acceptable temp for it and they can change color throughout theirs lives no idea on sex

90 is standard, wat more standard.......Usually I see showcases that are 55-75g..............

a Single RD in a 75 or a 90 will work (very limited tanksmates, for a pair or a RD with other large SA/CA cichlids I would recommend a 6 foot long tank 125 OK but a 180 much better
