R/D's can develop a hump, I belive its more of a spacific ganetic trait, your devil looks close to fully mature, dosent look he will grow one out, could be wrong just speaking from past experience, personally I not a fan of the kok, looks like a over grown tumer, I feel they look more Majestic without it, by the way nice Carpintis in the back ground

He is 9" - so when I get him at 6" 5 months ago - I think he still young
